Nestled in the northwest quadrant of Lake Gaston, neighbors in Siouan Shores enjoy friends and family by the lake and the benefits of the close-knit community of Ebony, Virginia.

Our neighborhood is a mix of full- and part-time residents — or, as we’d like to say, “full- and ‘wish I was’ full-time residents.” No matter how much time you spend on the lake, you’ll always want more. More sunsets with those you love, more laughter with those you miss.

Architectural Review Committee

To keep Siouan Shore a great place to live, any exterior changes to a property need to follow the Covenants agreed upon by fellow lot owners. All proposals must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee through an ARC Application Form with any necessary documents.
